B & B Auto Body

I was in my first ever car wreck recently and was recommended to B&B from the repair shop I usually visit for the basic. From the moment I called and spoke to Amber, I knew it was going to be a good experience! When I arrived for a quote, everyone was so nice and full of jokes, it made the day lighter from the start. Mark was so helpful from our first conversation, giving me tips on dealing with the insurance company, who to call, and how to get the process going. He assured me they would handle the hard stuff and I really appreciated his presence and help! They also gave me a print out explaining the whole process, which gave me a resource every time I wondered what came next. Mark continued to take my calls and emails and Amber was so helpful when I needed an update. 10 days ahead of their original estimation, my car came out looking like new. It was even cleaned and detailed! I highly recommend B&B—support this great local business any chance you get! They do such high-quality work and truly understand customer care. Thank you B&B Auto Body!!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Joe Barnes and the entire B & B Auto Body team were professional, honest, and incredibly transparent throughout the repair process. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right gave me complete confidence every step of the way. It’s rare to find a shop that truly puts the customer first. I highly recommend B & B Auto Body to anyone looking for exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

I had a great experience with B&B Auto Body. From the beginning, Joe and the team were professional, transparent, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain the repair process, provided a detailed itemized estimate, and answered all of my questions honestly. What stood out most was their communication. They kept me informed throughout the process and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Rather than simply repairing the damaged bumper, they explained why a full replacement was the better long-term solution and backed it up with clear pricing and reasoning. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values quality work and customer service as much as they do. I would not hesitate to recommend B&B Auto Body to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional collision repair. Thanks again to Joe and the entire team.

I had a minor accident in a local supermarket parking lot—someone scuffed the driver-side rear panel of my fairly new Tesla Model 3. It wasn’t major, but definitely noticeable. The other driver’s insurance company was quick and helpful, and they recommended finding a local auto body shop to get the repair started. After searching online, B&B Auto Body came up. I wasn’t sure at first, so I decided to stop by since it’s only about 15 minutes from my house. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, Joe Barnes (Production Manager) greeted me with a smile—I immediately felt like I was in the right place. After the inspection, I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. From there, Amber Andrle took over as my main point of contact and handled everything smoothly. Two weeks later, my car came out looking like new. It was even cleaned and detailed inside and out. I was thrilled to find a local shop that does such high-quality work and truly understands customer care. I highly recommend them to any car owner—especially Tesla owners. Support a great local business and give your car the service it deserves. Thanks, B&B Auto Body—keep up the great work!

B&B is simply the best. Great customer service, helpful, good people. I had my truck front end repaired there about two years ago and was very satisfied with the work that they did. One of the things they did was to grease my running boards so that they would open and close smoothly. Just recently I was having problems with them binding up again, so I stopped in to see if they could do the same thing again. They offered to help and did it, to my surprise, at no charge. Customer for life. I just hope I don’t need them again… LOL!
